Membership is currently €40 per annum, and there is a discounted membership rate of €10 available to law students, trainee solicitors and devilling barristers.

Members of the IELA currently include solicitors, barristers, academic professionals, law students, environmental professionals, planning and environmental consultants, indeed anybody with an interest in the law as it relates to the environment and to the planning system in Ireland. Presentations given at each meeting are always topical, offering members expert knowledge and perspective from professionals and academics specialist in the areas under discussion.
